Special Order & Hold Order Policies

Special Order Policy

Orders for a non-stocked item.

  • All special orders require either a 20% deposit or $15 deposit, which ever is greater.
  • Deposits on Special Order Products are non-refundable.
  • We will text you on the number provided to us when the item/s arrive.
  • After notification you have one (1) month to come and collect your order or your deposit will be fortified.
  • If you cannot get here in a month, you can request an extension before the month is up, however hold extensions will not be granted over 2 months from original notification.

 

Hold Order Policy

Orders placed for stocked item out of stock, orders placed to hold stocked item in store or, pick up orders.

Hold Orders Without Payment
  • We will text you or email you on information provided to us when the item/s arrive or are ready to pick up.
  • After notification/start of hold you have one (1) week to come and collect your order or it will be placed back on the floor for sale.
  • If you cannot get here in a week, you can request an extension before the week is up, however hold extensions will not be granted over a month from start of hold.
Hold Orders With Deposit
  • We will text you or email you on information provided to us when the item/s arrive or are ready to pick up.
  • After notification/start of hold you have one (1) month to come and collect your order or it will be placed back on the floor for sale without refund of deposit.
  • If you cannot get here in a month, you can request an extension before the month is up, however hold extensions will not be granted over 2 months from start of hold.
  • You can ask for a refund of deposit before the month is up.
