Refund policy

Here at Pluto & Nessie we strive to make your shopping experience as pain-free as possible. If you have any problems with your item/s within 7 days after delivery, we will be more than happy to refund or exchange them. Please send an email to orders@plutoandnessie.com with your problem, your order number and a photo of your issue. We will respond to you within 1 to 2 days.
